Delivery to other countries is currently not available through our online shop.

Availability in the United States

For customers in the United States, purchases are not made through our online shop.

Our products are available via Amazon USA. When purchasing through Amazon, the contract is concluded exclusively with the respective seller on Amazon. The terms, conditions, and shipping policies listed there apply.

Delivery Time

Unless a different delivery time is specified in the respective product description, delivery will be made no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract.

In most cases, we ship much faster. The specific delivery time can be found on the respective product page.

Free shipping for orders over €25.00
Orders under €25.00: €4.95

Austria

Switzerland

Important Notice for Partial Returns

If the original order value falls below the free shipping threshold due to a partial return, we reserve the right to charge the applicable shipping costs for the remaining order value and deduct them from the refund amount.

Customs Duties and Import Charges (Switzerland)

For deliveries to Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These costs must be borne by the customer.
